Computers should be a useful part of day to day life, not something that causes problems and makes life more difficult.
My aim is to help people resolve the issues they have with their home computer equipment and assist them to use it more efficiently so it enhances their lives, not hinders them. I also provide business level services to local businesses and hope to make IT a useful and efficient part of their business plan.
